Once our system receives your order, your order is inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition and go through the final round of quality check before dispatch. Before starting our delivery process we would confirm your order and payment details over the phone. This usually takes 1 working day from the time you place the order and your response time to receive our phone. If there is any delay in receiving our phone, we will try for up to 2 working days and if still we failed to reach you over the phone, your order will be canceled. Our delivery time starts right after we have confirmed your order over the phone. Your order is then packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partner then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case, they are unable to reach you, at your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We deliver all over Bangladesh.

Delivery inside Dhaka: Delivery in Dhaka will be completed within 2 to 3 working days after the confirmation of the order. For inside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 60 taka up to 1 kg. Over 1 kg of additional charges will be added.

Delivery outside Dhaka: Delivery outside Dhaka will be completed within 3 to 5 working days after the confirmation of the order depending upon the distance. For outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 100 taka up to 1 kg. Over 1 kg of additional charges will be added. COD charge is applicable on cash on delivery outside Dhaka.
The order number is provided for easy tracking of your product's delivery progress. In case you experience any difficulties regarding your order, you can contact us on the app or website in the chat box along with the ID & invoice reference and we shall respond to your query.
Delivery might be delayed due to political, environmental, transportation, or any other unavoidable issues which will be notified to you by our customer care department.

একবার সাফওয়া মার্ট এর  সিস্টেমে গ্রাহকের অর্ডার গ্রহণ করলে, সাফওয়া মার্ট  অর্ডারটি নিখুঁত অবস্থায় আছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করতে এবং প্রেরণের আগে গুণগত মান যাচাইয়ের চূড়ান্ত রাউন্ডের মধ্য দিয়ে যাওয়া নিশ্চিত করতে পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পরিদর্শন করে।সাফওয়া মার্ট  ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার আগে ফোনে গ্রাহকের অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্টের বিবরণ নিশ্চিত করে। গ্রাহকের অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে ফোনে নিশ্চিতকরন করার প্রক্রিয়াটি ১(এক) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে ।গ্রাহকে ফোনে পেতে বিলম্ব হলে সাফওয়া মার্ট দুই (২) কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত চেষ্টা করবে এবং তারপরও যদি সাফওয়া মার্ট  গ্রাহকের সাথে ফোনে  যোগাযোগ করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তাহলে গ্রাহকের অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে। সাফওয়া মার্ট গ্রাহকের  অর্ডার ফোনে নিশ্চিত করার পরেই সাফওয়া মার্ট ডেলিভারি কার্যক্রম শুরু করবে। সাফওয়া মার্ট অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরে  প্যাকিং করবে এবং সাফওয়া মার্ট বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করে দিবে। সাফওয়া মার্ট ডেলিভারি পার্টনার তারপর যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব গ্রাহকের কাছে প্যাকেজটি নিয়ে যাবে। যদি, ডেলিভারি পার্টনার গ্রাহকের প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় বা উপযুক্ত সময়ে গ্রাহকের  সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে অক্ষম হয়, তাহলে সমস্যার সমাধান করার জন্য ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তি গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে। সাফওয়া মার্ট  বাংলাদেশে যেকোন স্থানে তাদের পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে।

ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি: অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর দুই (২) থেকে তিন (৩) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ঢাকা্র ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হবে। ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ষাট (৬০) টাকা ১ (এক) কেজি পর্যন্ত এবং ১ (এক) কেজির বেশি হলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ যোগ করা হবে।

ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি: দূরত্বের উপর নির্ভর করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার তিন (৩) থেকে পাঁচ (৫) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হবে। ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ একশত (১০০) টাকা এক কেজি পর্যন্ত এবং এক কেজির বেশি হলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ যোগ করা হবে। ঢাকার বাইরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে COD চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

গ্রাহকের পণ্য সরবরাহের অগ্রগতি সহজে ট্র্যাক করার জন্য অর্ডার নম্বর দেওয়া হয়েছে। গ্রাহক যদি সাফওয়া মার্টে অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত কোনো অসুবিধার সম্মুখীন হন, তাহলে গ্রাহক আইডি এবং চালান রেফারেন্স সহ চ্যাট বক্সে অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটে সাফওয়া মার্ট এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবে এবং সাফওয়া মার্ট গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিবে।
রাজনৈতিক, পরিবেশগত দুর্যোগ, পরিবহন বা অন্য কোনো অনিবার্য সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে যা সাফওয়া মার্ট কাস্টমার কেয়ার বিভাগ থেকে গ্রাহক কে অব্যহতি করা হবে।
প্রচারমূলক অফার এবং প্রচারাভিযানের সময় শিপিং নীতি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে প্রচারের শর্তাবলী পরীক্ষা করে নিন।
সাফওয়াহ মার্ট যেকোনো সময় শিপিং নীতি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

We at Safwah Mart take pride to deliver quality products to our customers. Our shipments go through various quality check process from starting packaging to leaving our warehouse. However, there is a slight possibility that the product could get physically damaged during shipment. If you receive any product that is physically damaged during shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to Safwah Mart and we will arrange for a replacement or refund the money by the same payment mode you paid us within 7 to 10 working days, provided that you meets the following conditions:

1)  Product must be checked in front of the delivery person and if any defect is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product) after opening the initial packaging provided by Safwah Mart, and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Care Department” (through a return request on website or app in chat box along with the ID & invoice reference) as soon as possible and return it instantly to delivery person. If you failed to check the product in front of the delivery person and you feel that the product is (damaged/ defective/ wrong) and you think you need to return the product, than inform the “Customer Care Department” (through a return request on app or website in chat box along with the ID & invoice reference) along with a picture/ video proof within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2) After 24 hours of receiving the product, it will not be considered for replacement or refund.

3) The return and refund policy will not be valid, if the seal is broken (except the product is physically damaged during shipment), used, swatched, or the product does not suit you.

4)  Products once purchased will not be replaced or refunded, if buyer changes purchase decision/ mind, and/or does not like the smell, texture, color, size, design or/ and the product.

5) Original invoice, freebies, product packaging box (where applicable) and initial packaging provided by Safwah Mart must be returned along with the product.
Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded for inspection. It will take 3-5 working days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be replaced. If the claim is not valid then Safwah Mart will not be liable for replacement and refund.
Product must be checked in front of the delivery person and if needed than returned instantly. If you failed to check the product in front of the delivery person and if you have informed the “Customer Care Department” within 24 hours of receiving the product and meets all the requirements of return and refund policy, your return will be initiated within 2 to 3 working days. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by courier service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge. If we find your claim is not valid regarding the product, then you have to accept the same product and have to bear the return and resending expenses.
If your claim is valid and you want a refund, we will refund the money by the same payment mode you paid us within 7 to 10 working days.

গ্রাহকদের কাছে সাফওয়াহ মার্ট  মানসম্পন্ন পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে পেরে গর্বিত। প্রতিটি পণ্য প্যাকেজিং থেকে শুরু করে  আমাদের গুদাম ছেড়ে যাওয়া পর্যন্ত বিভিন্ন গুণগত মান পরীক্ষা প্রক্রিয়ার মধ্য দিয়ে যায় । যদিও এই সম্ভবনা খুবই কম যে পণ্য শিপমেন্টের সময় শারিরীক ভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে, তারপরও যদি আপনি এমন কোন পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন যা শারিরীক ভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ক্রুটিপূন বা ভুল পণ্য তাহলে দয়া করে সাফওয়াহ মার্টে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন এবং সাফওয়াহ মার্ট ফেরত নেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করবে অথবা অর্থ ফেরত দিবে, আপনি যে ভাবে আমাদের পেমেন্ট করেছেন, ঠিক সেই একই পেমেন্ট মোডের মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত দিবে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে, যদি  নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী পূরণ হয়:

১.পণ্য গ্রহন এর সময় অবশ্যই পরীক্ষা করে নিতে হবে এবং সাফওয়াহ মার্টের দেওয়া প্রাথমিক প্যাকেজিং খোলার পরে যদি কোনও ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায় (ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/ভুল পণ্য) এবং গ্রাহক যদি মনে করে যে সাফওয়াহ মার্টে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হবে, তাহলে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব গ্রাহক সাফওয়াহ মার্ট এর কাষ্টমার কেয়ার বিভাগে জানান (আইডি এবং ইনভয়েস রেফারেন্স সহ চ্যাট বক্সে অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটে ফেরত অনুরোধের মাধ্যমে) এবং ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির কাছে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন। গ্রাহক যদি ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির সামনে পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করতে ব্যর্থ হন এবং গ্রাহক যদি মনে করেন যে পণ্যটি (ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত / ত্রুটিপূর্ণ / ভুল)  সাফওয়াহ মার্ট কে  ফেরত দিতে হবে, তবে "কাস্টমার কেয়ার বিভাগে" (একটি ফেরত অনুরোধের মাধ্যমে) জানান আইডি এবং ইনভয়েস রেফারেন্স সহ চ্যাট বক্সে অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটে) পণ্যটি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে একটি ছবি / ভিডিও প্রমাণ সহ।

২. পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ২৪ ঘন্টা পরে, এটি পরিবর্তন বা ফেরতের জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে না।

৩.রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি বৈধ হবে না, যদি পণ্যের সীলটি ভেঙ্গে যায় (শিপমেন্টের সময় পণ্যটি শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হওয়া ব্যতীত), ব্যবহৃত হয়, পরিবর্তন করা হয় বা পণ্যটি গ্রাহকের জন্য পছন্দ না হয়।

৪. একবার কেনা পণ্যগুলি পরিবর্তন করা হবে না বা ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না, যদি ক্রেতা ক্রয়ের সিদ্ধান্ত/মন পরিবর্তন করে, গন্ধ, টেক্সচার, রঙ, আকার, নকশা বা অন্য কারনে পণ্য পছন্দ না করে।

৫. মূল চালান, বিনামূল্যে উপহার, পণ্যের প্যাকেজিং বক্স (যেখানে প্রযোজ্য) এবং সাফওয়াহ মার্ট দ্বারা প্রদত্ত প্রাথমিক প্যাকেজিং অবশ্যই পণ্যের সাথে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
একবার সাফওয়াহ মার্ট গ্রাহকের ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যটি পেয়ে গেলে, পণ্যটি পরীক্ষার জন্য ফরোয়ার্ড করা হবে। সমস্যাটি যাচাই বাচাই করতে ৩-৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে এবং যাচাইয়ের পরে, যদি দাবিটি বৈধ বলে প্রমাণিত হয়, তবে পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করা হবে। আর যদি দাবিটি বৈধ না হয় তবে সাফওয়াহ মার্ট পরিবর্তন এবং ফেরতের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি পার্টনার ব্যক্তির সামনে চেক করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনে অবিলম্বে ফেরত দিতে হবে। গ্রাহক যদি ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির সামনে পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করতে ব্যর্থ হন এবং পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে "কাস্টমার কেয়ার বিভাগে" কে অব্যহতি করেন এবং রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতির সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় শর্ত পূরণ করেন তবে গ্রাহকের পণ্য রিটার্ন  ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের এর মধ্যে শুরু করা হবে। গ্রাহক যদি ঢাকার বাইরে থাকে তাহলে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক আমাদের কাছে পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাবে। গ্রাহকের রিটার্ন দাবী বৈধ হলে সাফওয়াহ মার্ট  গ্রাহকের কুরিয়ার চার্জ ফেরত দিবে। সাফওয়াহ মার্ট যদি দেখে যে পণ্যটির বিষয়ে গ্রাহকের দাবিটি বৈধ নয়, তাহলে গ্রাহক কে এই পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে হবে এবং ফেরত এবং পুনরায় পাঠানোর খরচ বহন করতে হবে।
যদি গ্রাহকের দাবি বৈধ হয় এবং টাকা ফেরত চান, সাফওয়াহ মার্ট আপনি যে ভাবে আমাদের পেমেন্ট করেছেন, ঠিক সেই একই পেমেন্ট মোডের মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত দিবে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ।  
প্রচারমূলক অফার এবং প্রচারাভিযানের সময় ফেরত নীতি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে প্রচার বা প্রচারের শর্তাবলী পরীক্ষা করে নিন।
সাফওয়াহ মার্ট এই রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

For payments made using a credit/debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective Safwah Mart e-wallet within 10 working days after your order has been canceled. Your entire order amount will be refunded. The refunded money will be valid for use for 6 (six) months from the date of disbursement. Pricing
The prices indicated on the website are shown in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are clearly shown on the checkout page and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণঃ
পণ্যটি পাঠানোর আগে আপনিআপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন। আপনি যদি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) নির্বাচন করে থাকেন, তাহলে অর্থ ফেরত দিতে হবে না কারণ আপনি আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করেননি। ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাঙ্কিং বা ব্যাঙ্ক ট্রান্সফার ব্যবহার করে করা পেমেন্টের জন্য, আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল হওয়ার ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনি আপনার নিজ নিজ Safwah Mart ই-ওয়ালেটে  ফেরত পাবেন। আপনার অর্ডারের সম্পুন অর্থ সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। ফেরত দেওয়া অর্থ বিতরণের তারিখ থেকে 6 (ছয়) মাসের জন্য ব্যবহারের জন্য বৈধ হবে। আরও তথ্যের জন্য আপনি সর্বদা আমাদের কাষ্টমার কেয়ার বিভাগের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
মূল্য নির্ধারণঃ

মধ্যস্থতা: এই শর্তাবলীর কারণে বা এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত যেকোন বিতর্ক, দাবি বা বিরোধ ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশে অনুষ্ঠিত একক সালিসের সামনে ব্যক্তিগত এবং গোপনীয় বাধ্যতামূলক সালিসি দ্বারা উল্লেখ করা হবে এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে। সালিসকারী এমন একজন ব্যক্তি হবেন যিনি আইনগতভাবে প্রশিক্ষিত  যিনি ঢাকার তথ্য প্রযুক্তি ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন এবং যে কোনো পক্ষ থেকে স্বাধীন। পূর্বোক্ত সত্ত্বেও, ওয়েবসাইটটি আদালতের মাধ্যমে আদেশমূলক বা অন্যান্য ন্যায়সঙ্গত পরিত্রাণের মাধ্যমে বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তির অধিকার এবং গোপনীয় তথ্যের সুরক্ষা অনুসরণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

ওয়ারেন্টি অস্বীকৃতি/দায়ের সীমাবদ্ধতাঃ

এই শর্তাবলীর যে কোন বিধান বেআইনি, বাতিল বা অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য বলে নির্ধারণ করা হলে, এই ধরনের বিধান প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সম্পূর্ণ পরিমাণে বলবৎযোগ্য হবে, এবং অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য অংশকে এই শর্তাবলী থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন বলে গণ্য করা হবে এবং শর্ত, এই ধরনের সংকল্প অন্য কোনো অবশিষ্ট বিধানের বৈধতা এবং প্রয়োগযোগ্যতাকে প্রভাবিত করবে না।
সামগ্রিক চুক্তিনামাঃ
এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অধিকার বা বিধান প্রয়োগ বা প্রয়োগ করতে আমাদের ব্যর্থতা এই ধরনের অধিকার বা বিধানের মওকুফ গঠন করবে না। এই শর্তাবলী এবং এই সাইটে আমাদের দ্বারা পোস্ট করা কোনো নীতি বা অপারেটিং নিয়ম বা আপনার এবং আমাদের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি এবং বোঝাপড়ার বিষয়ে এবং আপনার পরিষেবার ব্যবহার পরিচালনা করে, যে কোনো পূর্ববর্তী বা সমসাময়িক চুক্তি, যোগাযোগ এবং প্রস্তাবনাগুলিকে বাদ দিয়ে, মৌখিক অথবা লিখিত, আপনার এবং আমাদের মধ্যে (সহ, কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, শর্তাবলীর পূর্ববর্তী সংস্করণ)। এই শর্তাবলীর ব্যাখ্যায় কোন অস্পষ্টতা খসড়া দলটির বিরুদ্ধে বোঝানো হবে না।
