Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before the product has been shipped. If you have selected cash on delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a credit/debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective Safwah Mart e-wallet within 10 working days after your order has been canceled. Your entire order amount will be refunded. The refunded money will be valid for use for 6 (six) months from the date of disbursement. Pricing
The prices indicated on the website are shown in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are clearly shown on the checkout page and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. Prices prevailing at the commencement of placing the order will apply.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the website to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website.
